**Receiving Quality Control Inspector - $20/hr**
**Job Description**
This position focuses on the quality control inspection of incoming materials and verification of shipping activities. The role may also involve assisting with document control activities and product lot disposition, ensuring that all materials meet our high standards of quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Select products for testing upon receiving.
+ Test and inspect raw materials in the receiving area.
+ Perform shipping protocols and special sampling protocols.
+ Conduct shipping and receiving validations.
+ Record test data and report findings.
+ Enter inventory data into the ERP system.
**Essential Skills**
+ Quality control and quality inspection skills.
+ Experience in shipping and receiving.
+ At least 2 years of inspection experience with exposure to receiving inspection and sampling.
+ 1 year of experience in data entry and recording findings from sampling activities.
+ Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of cGMP and GCP policies and procedures.
+ Experience with destruction activities related to incoming samples is a bonus.

**Work Environment**
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with some overtime required. The role involves moving and transporting up to 25 pounds for a significant portion of the day.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
