The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range$51,100.00 - $84,400.00Target Openings5What Is the Opportunity?As a receivable account analyst on our CSS(Constitution State Services) team, you'll manage routine and complex accounts throughout their complete lifecycle—from initial deal documentation through the entire cash flow process, across Workers' Compensation, Property, Auto, and General Liability lines of business. You'll serve as a trusted financial partner, responsible for setting up and preparing comprehensive billing packets, maintaining assigned accounts, and proactively developing strategies for servicing accounts and collecting receivables. Your expertise in resolving issues or appropriately escalating disputes will ensure financial integrity while delivering exceptional customer service to all assigned accounts.What Will You Do?In this role, you will learn and develop expertise in billing operations for Third Party Claims, including Workers’ Compensation, Property, Auto, and General Liability claims. As a trusted service delivery partner, our customers depend on you to provide high-quality, accurate billing exhibits, respond to inquiries, resolve service issues, customize reports, and deliver on commitments. You will:
Review and interpret legal agreements to ensure accurate account setup.Set up accounts in billing systems, entering all required information, formulas, and calculations for various deductible and self-insured plan types.Produce installment, paid loss, and valuation billings, along with specialized reports, in accordance with billing schedules.Extract claim data from loss systems to support billing exhibits.Reconcile and balance assigned accounts, apply payments, research discrepancies, and process return checks.Manage collections on assigned accounts, resolving disputes and payment issues by collaborating with business partners.Coordinate with internal teams to improve cash flow processes.Achieve and maintain established productivity and quality standards.Perform other related duties as assigned.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?Our ideal candidate brings a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
