Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Powertrain Controls Recall Analyst to support one of our automotive clients in Dearborn, Michigan. The candidate in this role will be responsible for assisting with the Field Service Action verification workstream by investigating FSA’s and engineering documentation to identify corrected software, preparing formatted reports for internal systems, and supporting Interim Containment Actions and audit processes. Additional responsibilities include: - Review engineering documentation and FSA records to identify correct software versions for each vehicle - Determine which vehicles require Interim Containment Action or audit follow up - Generate and format reports for ICA and Audit Systems - Use tools such as Jira to track issues and software status - Verify software installation status and identify gaps - Log and update open issues related to software FSA’s - Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to resolve discrepancies and missing data - Attend meetings with stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
