Rebates Analyst
Job Title: Rebates Analyst Job Description The Rebates Analyst will support the North American Rebates Group for Sales of their US Plants. This role involves working with large data sets in Excel, reviewing client contracts and pricing sheets, calculating rebates, and generating credit memos. Additionally, the position requires effective communication with external clients and internal departments. Responsibilities + Work within large data sets in Excel, ranging from 100 to 500,000 lines. + Review client contracts and pricing sheets to ensure accurate inputs. + Calculate rebates and generate corresponding credit memos and notes. + Communicate effectively with external clients and internal departments via phone and email. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas. + Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics. + Experience in contract review and pricing. + Ability to generate credit memos and notes. + Excellent customer service skills. + Experience with larger ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite. + Attention to detail. + Great communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry. + Exposure to corporate accounting or finance settings such as AP, AR, Billing, Tax, or similar. Work Environment The position requires working onsite five days a week within a team of four, including one manager and three analysts. The team operates in an open floor plan with cubicles.
