Sales Operation Analyst I (Rebate Management Specialist)

Location/Division Specific Information

Based in the vibrant city of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, our team is part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's global network.

Ensure rebate/VSP programs are configured correctly, claims are processed accurately and on time, and accruals reconcile with actuals - minimizing margin leakage while enabling sales wins.

A day in the Life:

· Process eRebates monthly claims, research and resolve discrepancies and communicate with site leaders, customers and A/R.

· Research and respond to pricing inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner using ERP systems and local files.

· Process price related service tickets in a timely manner reviewing the requests for logic and accuracy before processing.

· Input and extract data from various systems (SAP, eRebates, SFDC, pricing portal, BAAN).

· Conduct data synchronization audits across various systems and files.

· Assist with monthly reporting.

· Coordinate communications with internal customers to gather and cleanse data.

· Analyze data and provide insight to internal customers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience

5+ years in pricing, rebates, channel finance or customer service

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Strong verbal and written communication abilities

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· Problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders

· Ability to adapt and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment

· Experience with ERP (E1, SAP, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce) and a rebate platform is highly valued.
