CSCI (Customer Support Corteva India) is a Global team tasked with supporting Customer Support processing requests across various regions.
Our team is comprised of members supporting and providing support to businesses across various regions.

**Job responsibilities**
Business Analyst – GTN is responsible for the successful supporting commercial unit in tracking of rebates and discount during billing process and their settlements for South Asia region.
This is a team leader role, that requires a strong financial and analytical skills. The role also requires tracking each scheme, proposing accruals and calculating actual payouts. All schemes, accruals and payouts should be reconciled on monthly basis. Analyze effectiveness of schemes and provide insights to Sales and Marketing leaders. You will be leading policy and process design and implementation. The position require to look for process improvement opportunities.
The job involves working closely with commercial, Marketing team, Finance and controllers.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage end-to-end rebates and discount process (Gross To Net). List down all the approved schemes and discount. Monitor monthly rebate accruals against actuals and as per scheme.
+ Experience in finance and MIS with strong reasoning ability, analyzing and calculating the impact for rebates. Candidates should also support in training and day-to-day problem solving.
+ Review and Recommend accrual rates in system based on monthly review.
+ Ability to convert scheme terms to system (Vistex) readable rules.
+ Sense checks, gap analysis, interpretations and attention to details.
+ Clear understanding of accrual management and GL balances.
+ Manual accrual management and close coordination with finance/controllers.
+ Build robust GTN analysis and reconciliations process using analytics tools to track key pricing KPIs, build leadership dashboards in visualization tools
+ Work on implementing pricing waterfall, pricing strategy, pricing diagnostics, pricing catalogue, leading to positive impact on topline and bottom line
+ Work on recommending and deploying process improvements and enablers with best-in-class KPIs
+ Work as an integral part of the commercial organization, towards driving efficient and effective structure pricing and discounting approach.
+ Price and scheme communication. Include drafting and sharing communication to channel.
+ Support internal and external audit for all rebates processes.
+ Create and distribute performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
+ You are expected to have below mentioned skills:
+ Strong written and oral communication skill
+ Proficiency in MS office tools – Excel, Power point, Power BI
+ Good analytical thinking / ability to take decisions

+ 5+ years of work experience
+ Basic accounting and commercial knowledge (sales order processing)
+ SAP Vistex or any ERP experience.
+ Data analysis and reporting using advance excel
+ Good communication skills (oral & written)
