Job Title: Rebar Fabricator

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated rebar fabricator to join our team on a long-term basis. This role requires individuals with a strong background in industrial environments such as construction or general labor. The position is for the 2nd shift, running from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities
Utilize various hand and power tools efficiently.Lift up to 75 lbs semi-consistently.Collaborate effectively in a team environment.Essential Skills
Previous experience in construction or as a general laborer.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with overhead cranes and iron work.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The work environment is industrial but indoors, ensuring employees are shielded from the elements year-round. The team-centric atmosphere promotes collaboration, with all tasks completed in unison. The shift is from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with two 30-minute breaks. Employees start with a 'stretch and flex' session followed by a safety meeting each day. The initial training period includes progressively longer work weeks to help acclimate new employees. All breaks are paid, and the team occasionally runs 10-hour shifts to meet production goals.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
