Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to team members. Lead from the front with direct client engagement and closing deals Oversee the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals. Collaborate with senior management on pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to real estate, business, or sales. Minimum 4 years of experience in Dubai’s off-plan or premium real estate market Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the real estate industry. Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships confidently Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market. Customer-centric mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
