As a Real Estate Systems & Reporting Analyst, you will:
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
Audit data and support governance practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across real estate systems.
Proactively proposes and implements improvement solutions to common problems.
Leads new system enhancements by coordinating key stakeholders and driving implementation and adoption.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to internal users, resolving user errors independently and escalating system issues as needed.
Coordinate with IT and CREW teams to implement system configurations and enhancements.
Serve as the primary liaison with real estate system vendors, including Tango, to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Onboard new CREW associates and coordinate training for existing users on system functionality and best practices.
Maintain user accounts and security settings across real estate platforms.
Identify and recommend process improvements and reporting opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Communicate system updates, enhancements, and policies to stakeholders across CREW and the firm.
Act as a subject matter expert on real estate systems, functionality, and usage while implementing process improvements.

What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
Typically requires 2-4 years of professional experience in systems support, reporting, data analysis, or real estate operations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently on moderately complex assignments and contribute to small projects or process improvements.
Experience supporting internal clients and collaborating across departments or with external vendors.
Proven ability to apply acquired knowledge to resolve routine and non-routine problems using sound judgment and existing procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated and curious, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Experience with IWMS or similar workplace management systems preferred.
Comfortable acting as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
