Amazon is seeking a Real Estate Program Mgr to support the delivery of real estate initiatives across Africa, Middle East and Turkey (AMET). This individual will play a critical role in enabling our teams to launch and scale new facilities by ensuring project milestones are tracked, processes move forward, and stakeholders stay aligned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives on ownership, and operates with a high sense of urgency. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Construction, Engineering) and external partners (brokers, consultants, developers) to keep projects on track from initial feasibility to site launch.
Key job responsibilities
- Track progress across multiple real estate and construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity in project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Excel, or proprietary systems).
- Coordinate due diligence efforts including environmental, zoning, legal, and permitting reviews.
- Schedule and run project meetings, manage calendars, and ensure clear communication of action items and next steps.
- Manage purchase orders, review invoices, and support budget tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce blockers, and drive execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in tools, reporting, and project management processes.
