Job details We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Commercial Loan Closer to support a real estate attorney. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that commercial loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with all applicable regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities: ... Review and draft various real estate documents, including commercial loan packages, loan modifications, construction loan packages, contracts for sale and purchase, deeds, easements, and seller financing packages.

Prepare and review loan closing documents for commercial real estate transactions

Review and prepare loan closing documents in accordance with credit approval and internal policies

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines for all loan packages

Perform quality control and final review of closing packages prior to disbursement

Maintain accurate loan files and documentation records

Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the closing process

Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and partners throughout the loan closing lifecycle

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience with Commercial Loans

Knowledge of loan compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., RESPA, ECOA, HMDA)

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

Education:
Associate

1-4 years

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial loan closing or a similar role

Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, loan documentation, and closing procedures

Familiarity with UCC filings, title policies, insurance, and legal requirements related to commercial lending

Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan origination/closing software systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills
