The purpose of this position is to support the Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Specialist in their efforts to develop site selection market strategy for Publix in his/her respective territories. The workload for each territory usually requires a team of three positions of which the incumbent is one. Each position’s expertise and commitment is required for implementation of the desired market strategy. This includes the execution of processes required for timely, fact-based decision making utilizing Geographical Information System (GIS) programs to evaluate the market analysis for accurate site selection that is critical to the success of Publix. On occasion, requests for information from company officers are required to be completed by the Real Estate Manager Assistant.

Responsibilities Include: supporting the site selection process for the Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Specialisttracking and assessing remodel evaluations for the Real Estate Specialistprojects and tasks assigned by Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Specialist
