What You’ll Do Scout & Secure: Discover and evaluate new store locations within assigned trade areas, ensuring alignment with strategic growth plans. Negotiate Like a Pro: Lead site negotiations and present opportunities to the Approval Committee, delivering high-quality deals that meet our standards. Analyze & Advise: Review due diligence reports, assess financial viability, and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Operations, Legal, Construction, and Validation to ensure seamless deal execution. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in real estate, preferably in commercial or retail development. Proven negotiation skills and a track record of successful site approvals. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and property data. Willingness to travel up to 7% to explore and evaluate potential sites.
