To excel in this role, you will keep a close track on actions and issues and ensure they are resolved on a timely basis. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are provided and measured, including vendor management, contract management and service level agreements, offer suggestions to other stakeholders to enhance the experience strategy, ensure value delivery using performance metrics and analysis, and work with others to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement to ensure customer-focused delivery of services.

'• Responsible for all real estate transactions by partnering with respective stakeholders in Business Units & Functions to develop strategies, optimize real estate portfolio and deliver results
• Effectively gather information for internal customer needs and collaborate by defining requirements to bring efficiencies and mitigate risks
• Drive complex projects end-to-end including assemble team, craft strategy, and execute
• Develop succinct presentations to guide business decisions and make recommendations
• Prepare management reviews including portfolios and project status
• Create appropriation requests (AR) and conduct financial analysis including lease vs buy, stay vs go, compare options to provide Net Present Value, IRR etc.
• Support the rest of REFM team in budget, forecast and projects
• Manage outsource transaction provider(s) to ensure negotiation and project execution is in line with expectations
• Stay relevant on RE metrics and lead innovative way (bring outside in and share best practices with other regions) to assess real estate portfolio and drive efficiencies
• Work closely with legal to review and finalize real estate leases and purchase and sale agreements
• Support regional REFM team on ad hoc reporting and analysis
