What You’ll Be Doing:
🏢 Crunch the Numbers: Analyze and report on real estate spend by collaborating with finance teams across the company.📊 Support Strategic Decisions: Support RE Teams worldwide in creating and reviewing business cases and financial documents💡 Forecast the Future: Assist in planning and forecasting facilities savings and expenditures.🚀 Drive Transformation: Partner with RE Teams worldwide to track financials and provide insights for ongoing real estate initiatives.🔍 Special Projects: Dive into ad hoc analyses and administrative tasks to support the team’s success.🎯 Present with Impact: Summarize findings and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years in financial data analysis (bonus points for real estate or facilities experience!).Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.Finance Knowledge: A solid understanding of general finance principles and processes.Skills: A meticulous, well-organized team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Work Ethic: Independent, proactive, and able to thrive with minimal supervision.Global Mindset: Comfortable attending calls across US/EMEA time zones.Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.What Do We Offer?
