Join our dedicated team as an Real Estate Editor in the Real Estate department, where you will play a key role in supporting operations related to property management and stakeholder engagement. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects while working in Brussels, Belgium.
Role Overview Serve as a liaison between infrastructure projects and impacted stakeholders (e.g. authorities, residents, entrepreneurs). Support the acquisition and management of real estate rights for construction and operational activities. Facilitate the permitting process with competent authorities. Promote safety and maintain positive relationships with communities near installations. Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and stakeholder engagement. Skills & Qualifications Strong written communication and attention to detail. Proactive in managing administrative files and stakeholder interactions. Comfortable engaging with external contacts and building professional relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools and applications. A basic knowledge of law or notaries, regulations relating to polluted soils is very valuable Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or you can demonstrate experience in an administrative file management function. Basic legal or notarial knowledge is a strong asset. Experience coordinating with project managers and external stakeholders. Skilled in managing budgets, payment flows, and document databases. Fluent in French and Dutch, both spoken and written. The next step
