Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
3 years Work experience in lease administration, commercial property management or commercial real estate. Required and Commercial Real Estate or Commercial Property Management. RequiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to interpret complex commercial lease language, advanced financial/analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills, superb organization skills and superior attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners. Ability to negotiate business terms of a lease or purchase contract on the behalf of project owners. Familiarity with tenant improvements and how it relates to the business terms of a commercial lease. Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the capability to master company specific database programs and data analytics software.
