Role Purpose
The Real Estate Consulting Director will lead the firm’s brokerage advisory and real estate consulting division, integrating development advisory, transactional brokerage, valuation insights, and tax-related structuring support.
The role requires a commercially driven leader capable of building institutional-grade advisory capabilities, expanding high-value client relationships, and driving revenue growth across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate portfolios.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of transactional brokerage expertise, investment advisory experience, and consulting capability, preferably from internationally recognized real estate brokerage firms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Lead the overall strategy for brokerage and real estate consulting services Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client portfolio (HNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, developers) Drive revenue growth through advisory mandates, brokerage transactions, and consulting engagements Identify new market opportunities across GCC and international markets
Real Estate Advisory & Transactions
Oversee high-value real estate transactions (buy-side, sell-side, and leasing advisory) Provide strategic guidance on property acquisition, disposal, and portfolio optimization Advise on market entry, investment structuring, and feasibility studies Lead negotiation processes for major real estate deals
Valuation & Feasibility Oversight
Supervise valuation assignments and investment appraisals Ensure compliance with international valuation standards (IVS/RICS where applicable) Review feasibility studies and development advisory reports Provide insights on ROI, yield optimization, and asset repositioning strategies
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with developers, institutional investors, banks, and government entities Represent the firm in high-level negotiations, conferences, and industry forums Act as a trusted advisor for high-net-worth clients and corporate stakeholders
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of brokers, consultants, and analysts Establish training frameworks for advisory excellence Build a high-performance culture focused on client delivery and revenue generation
Cross-Functional Advisory Integration
Collaborate with tax advisory and financial consulting teams Work closely with development teams on project positioning and pricing strategy Support structuring of real estate investments with tax efficiency considerationsCore Competencies

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field Master’s degree (MBA / MSc Real Estate / Finance) preferred
Recommended Certifications (Highly Preferred)
RICS (MRICS / FRICS) CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)
Experience Requirements
12–15+ years of experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, investment consulting, or valuation Minimum 5–7 years in a senior leadership or director-level role Experience with global advisory firms (CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Savills) or leading GCC developers/investment firms Proven track record in high-value real estate transactions (GCC + international exposure preferred)
Geographical Exposure (Mandatory / Preferred)
United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi) Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, NEOM exposure is a plus) Qatar / Bahrain / Oman (regional exposure advantageous) International exposure (UK, Europe, or Asia-Pacific preferred)
