If you’re passionate about problem-solving, client service, and making a tangible impact, this role offers the perfect opportunity to grow your career in real estate. **What You’ll Do** + Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly. + Ensure all services comply with applicable regulations, lease agreements, and company standards. + Conduct property inspections with the team and recommend repairs, upgrades, and improvements. + Provide administrative support, including creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and coordinating with accounting. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Associate position is $43.27 hourly and the maximum salary for the Real Estate Associate position is $45.67 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
