What you'll do:

Provide authoritative guidance on all facets of data centre development, leasing, and infrastructure projects for leading technology clients as well as other significant organisations. Draft, negotiate, and oversee a comprehensive range of commercial technology, real estate, and infrastructure agreements with meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments as well as external counsel to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion. Support senior colleagues by contributing thoughtfully to strategic deliberations while also cultivating your own client relationships and technical acumen. Contribute meaningfully to the continued growth and prosperity of the Cardiff Real Estate team by identifying new business prospects and enhancing client satisfaction. Participate in business development activities by preparing proposals, attending client meetings, and assisting in securing new instructions for the team. Manage competing deadlines judiciously by prioritising tasks according to client requirements and project timelines whilst upholding exemplary standards of service delivery. Foster effective relationships with existing clients through excellent communication skills and a sincere commitment to understanding their unique needs.
