We are looking for a Real Estate Admin/ Analyst to join an exciting real estate team in Langley, BC. Our client is a specialized real estate group focused on selling development and investment land in the Fraser Valley. They combine market expertise with a strategic approach to land valuation and acquisition, helping clients unlock the full potential of their properties. The Land Analyst/Estimator plays a critical role in supporting sales efforts with detailed cost analyses, land assessments, and development feasibility insights.
Real Estate Admin/ Analyst responsibilities: Analyze land use, zoning, environmental restrictions, and development potential Estimate servicing and development costs, working closely with consultants and engineers Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling for development land projects Prepare land valuation reports, executive summaries, and development projected financial documents Track land sales, listings, and comparable market data Liaise with municipalities, consultants, and internal stakeholders to gather relevant project information Support the sales team with accurate and timely information to guide client decisions Maintain and update CRM and internal databases with current and prospective project data
The successful candidate has: Knowledge and passion for real estate—gained through education, internships, co-op, or related work experience 3–5 years of experience in an analytical or estimating role, ideally in a real estate, construction, or development setting A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights Strong technical skills—proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Salesforce CRM, GIS tools, or Adobe Illustrator is an asset Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Confidence interacting with consultants, engineers, and city planners A proactive, positive attitude and desire to contribute to team success A strong desire for personal and professional growth
Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $60,000- $70,000 depending on experience Quarterly bonus structure based on hitting goals Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive health and dental benefits Mentorship program Team events every quarter Excellent training programs Supportive work environment, and opportunities for Professional development.
