Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites + Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance + Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers + Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the truck and equipment + Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times **What Are We Looking For** + Valid CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement + Strong commitment to safety and customer service + Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends + Capable of lifting, climbing, and working in outdoor conditions + Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently **Conditions of Employment** + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing **Work Environment** + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level **What We Offer** + $24.09 to $25.09 per hour + Benefits through the Company for Medical, Dental and Vision + Company paid vacation and holidays + Union Pension Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled **Req ID** JR10008348
