The Reach Forklift Operator is responsible for various functions related to the storage and shipment of products. This includes tasks such as putaway, order picking, replenishing, palletizing, cycle counts, and inventory control.
ResponsibilitiesConsistently meet operational goals.Be cross-trained in at least 50% of functional positions within the assigned department.Act as a backup for various functional positions in other departments.Perform additional duties as assigned by the department Supervisor or lead.Essential SkillsAbility to operate any stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.Read and understand work orders, including warehouse layout and product location.Perform basic arithmetic operations, count accurately, and understand unit of measure conversions.Prioritize and think clearly under pressure.Possess above-average written and verbal communication skills.Support the team concept.Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.Certified to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.2+ years of experience in material handling and warehouse operations.Manual dexterity for operating equipment and using a hand-held scanner.Physical capability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly.Ability to lift, lower, and carry products up to 75 pounds by hand.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic and supportive team environment where you can enhance your skills and grow professionally. Work EnvironmentThis role operates within a warehouse/distribution environment, specifically on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm. You will be working alongside a dedicated team, with opportunities for cross-training and professional development.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
