As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of newly developed materials through comprehensive testing and analysis. Your work will directly contribute to the successful commercialization of innovative materials, driving technological advancements and meeting the evolving needs of our clients and industries. Location: Shanghai Scope and Interaction: + Lead performance testing throughout the new material R&D cycle, covering the design and execution of testing plan + Work closely with product develop engineer, application engineer and sales to provide testing support. + Collaborate with third-party testing institutions to outsource test capability. + Lead testing method alignment with customers. Job Responsibility: + Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and protocols for new materials based on project requirements, industry standards (such as ASTM, ISO), and internal specifications. + Conduct a wide range of physical, mechanical, and thermal tests on new materials, including but not limited to mechanical tastings, thermal conductivity measurement, chemical composition analysis, and reliability testing. + Organize lab inventory and consumables. + Analyze test data by using statistical methods and relevant software tools. + Prepare comprehensive test reports Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or above in polymer sciences or materials technology. + 3+ years relevant experience in testing experience for instrumental analysis. + Knowledge of test engineering theories, principles, industry practices, procedures, concepts, techniques, regulations, and policies. + Basic capabilities for instrument and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. + Rich experience in equipment and instrument maintenance. With qualifications such as an electrician's certificate ( 电工证 ), capable of performing simple repair and maintenance on equipment and instruments. + Rich experience in equipment and instrument maintenance.
