We are looking for a skilled and motivated **RD&E Engineering Manager / Specialist Engineer** to lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and project management skills to drive engineering, ensure timely delivery, and foster a collaborative team environment. **What you’ll do:** + Lead, supervise and mentor a team of RD&E engineers across various disciplines including direct responsibility of 15-20 members and functional supervision of additional 15-20 members. + Manage hardware engineers including their work allocation, resource loading, performance and daily supervision. + Manage re-design and development of electronic product transitions into Dubai manufacturing. + Be the single point of contact for all RD&E activities on site.
