Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking an RD&A Technician to join their team. As an RD&A Technician, you will be part of the Research, Development, & Application team supporting production and quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: RD&A Technician

Location: Beloit, WI

Pay Range: $21-23 per hour

Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Assist in dry blending of snack and meal applications, including popcorn, chips, pretzels, cheese puffs, mac 'n cheese, rice, and potatoes Support laboratory housekeeping tasks such as inventory management and cleaning Prepare and process product samples for testing and evaluation Maintain accurate records of production and laboratory activities Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Ability to work a consistent 8:00am – 4:30pm schedule Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols Ability to work effectively in a team environment
