Our client, a leader in the food science industry, is seeking an RD&A Technician to join their team. As an RD&A Technician, you will be part of the Research, Development, and Application (RD&A) team supporting innovative food testing methods. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen interest in food chemistry, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: RD&A Technician

Location: Beloit, WI

Pay Range: $25 per hour

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Execution of a variety of chemical and physical food testing methods to support RD&A teams. Basic operation and maintenance of analytical instruments. Handling and preparation of chemicals, buffers, and food materials safely and responsibly. Utilization of various computer software to execute basic functions and calculations, as well as reporting data. Organization and management of a high volume of samples.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Some lab experience preferred. Comfortable following written and verbal instructions for methods and asking questions when instructions are unclear. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
