**About the Role:** **Grade Level (for internal use):** 08 **Responsibilities and Impact:** + Document process activities and associated risks and controls, including process descriptions, process prioritization, and top-down risk profiles + Support and document the determination of inherent risk ratings, control ratings, and residual risk ratings + Provide project management support in tracking and coordinating the execution of risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) activities + Develop status reporting and communications of assessment activities for processes + Provide ongoing communication to internal stakeholders throughout the assessment process to keep them apprised of progress and findings, escalating when appropriate + Support iterative review and challenge of assessment results, working with appropriate stakeholders across the lines of defense **What We’re Looking For:** **Basic Required Qualifications:** + At least two years of experience in risk and control management + Two to four years of experience in an audit, accounting, risk management role in operations or information technology/information security, and/or operational risk management, or a combination thereof + Experience with process documentation, risk assessments, and evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness + Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) **Additional Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with problem solving in a team environment by thinking outside of the box and providing innovative solutions, with and without technology + Ability to conduct root cause analysis on identified issues + Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines against a high-volume work schedule + Must be detail oriented, well organized, and a self-starter **About S&P Global Market Intelligence** At S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global we understand the importance of accurate, deep and insightful information.
