Job Summary:
The RCM Lead is a key leader in building and leading change in their assigned scope area (individual site or multi-sites). They are considered a leader in the operations management team and are responsible for driving step change improvement of plant reliability while also championing the continued move from reactive to proactive maintenance. They will apply their knowledge and experience to ensure continuous improvement to optimize the company's physical assets and maintenance and reliability processes and strategies. Lead implementation, acceptance and adoption of enterprise asset management system.Deploy the equipment reliability strategy and ensure it is integrated and part of Performance ExcellenceEnsure the NDE capital and expense budgets are aligned with the strategic directionSupports development of asset management strategy that aligns with business needs and is integrated and part of Performance ExcellenceSupports plant maintenance team to optimize plant resources to improve efficiencies through reliability processes.Supports the maintenance organization with clear roles and responsibilities and staffing based on replacement asset valueEnsure a deep understanding of current standard methodologies (reliability elements) in the reliability and maintenance industry and deploy those agreed standards to assigned site/s scopeDefine and drive reliability metrics and KPI’s in support of operational goals while improving safety, quality, delivery and costUtilizes downtime and cost data to prioritize improvement opportunities around equipment reliability and organization efficiencyProvide technical support to the plant maintenance departmentIdentify continuous improvement projects and develop business cases in collaboration with plant maintenance teamEffective usage of maintenance planning, scheduling and execution processes using ADM’s chosen computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)Sets priorities and expectations for all direct reportsResponsible for the growth and development of all direct reports. Ensures that coaching and mentoring towards development goals is completed quarterlyGuide the development and completion of Losses to Action (L2A) projects to drive down unscheduled downtime and meet annual L2A savings goalsDrives the completion of updating the sites Location Maturity Assessment and action items associated with itMain point of contact for all RCM initiatives that are being deployed at assigned scope area (individual site or multi-sites)Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related with 10+ years of experience in R&M activitiesElectrical or mechanical experience in a manufacturing maintenance and engineering environment5+ years experience managing direct reportsProficient in predictive and preventive maintenanceKnowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Cause and Effect or FMEA methodologiesProven ability to lead multifunctional teamsStrong project management skillsExcellent English written and oral communication skills (Including the ability to present information to a formal group)Familiarity with food safety and process safety managementTenacity in pursuing objectives to completion correctly and on timeStrong team player with the ability to proactively change plant cultureExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
