As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a **Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Lead for Insurance Processing** based in East Syracuse, NY.
The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Lead, Insurance Processing will support departmental operations by evaluating, training, coordinating, delegating and otherwise motivating the RCM Team to achieve daily/ weekly/monthly goals related to billing and reimbursement activities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Train staff on standard operating procedures and Clinic Works for billing and reimbursement activities. To include proper transmission of claims, electronic claim rejections and resubmissions, denials, secondary claims, appeals, error corrections, claim review and supporting systems (ICS Tasks, Insurance Issue Tickets, CAR, DocStar, Kodak, ADC, Perio Chart Search Utility, Emdeon VCSS and NEA).
+ Support staff development by evaluating, coaching and counseling to improve individual and team performance. Provide direction to teams and assist with strategy toward achieving departmental goals.
+ Assist with development and implementation of workflows and protocols for continuous quality improvement.
+ Responsible for completion of required reporting according to established timelines and reporting parameters.
+ Perform analysis and trending for claim denials and notify management of issues or patterns affecting operations.
+ Provide support and guidance for teams to increase operational efficiencies. Act as a leader by building and maintaining valued relationships with our insurance carriers.
+ Support Office Managers, Dentists and Field Management teams as needed. Accountable for responding to management/dentist concerns timely and effectively, ensuring a cohesive team approach.
+ Other duties as requested.
**Education & Experience:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum 3 years experience in dental office is required.
+ Minimum 2 years experience claims processing is required.
+ Leadership experience preferred.
+ Base Pay Range: $26.44 - 31.25/hr.(Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications),and this role will be based on-site in East Syracuse, NY.
