Join IU Health’s Financial Services team as a Systems Analyst supporting Revenue Cycle Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage data, reporting, and analytics to improve operational performance and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.About the Role
The Systems Analyst will partner with Revenue Cycle stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. You will utilize SQL and Microsoft Power BI to extract, analyze, and present data based on business needs, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.This is a primarily remote position with the requirement to attend in-person meetings once a month at the Gateway office.Key Responsibilities  Collaborate with operational and financial teams to understand data needs and define reporting requirements.Extract data using SQL from relevant databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI that highlight performance metrics and trends.Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within Revenue Cycle Services.Present findings clearly to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Support ongoing data quality initiatives and troubleshooting of reporting issues.Stay current with healthcare revenue cycle trends and analytics best practices to recommend innovative solutions.Qualifications  High School Diploma/ GED requiredExperience working with SQL to query and manipulate data.Proven proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for creating reports and visualizations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations preferred.Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.Why IU Health?
