Job Posting: Registered/Certified Behavior Technician – Academy School District 20 (Colorado Springs, CO) Location: Colorado Springs, CO Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week Contract Length: Remainder of the 2025–2026 School Year Start Date: ASAP Position Type: Registered Behavior Technician (School-Based) About the Role Academy School District 20 is seeking a dedicated Registered/Certified Behavior Technician to support students with special needs in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. In this role, you will: + Provide one-on-one and classroom-based behavioral support + Assist with implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists + Support students in meeting individualized learning and behavioral objectives This position plays a key role in fostering a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
