The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our products are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great products, we also build great relationships.

A day in the life: Report and support the Sr. RM Production Manager to manage production from BUY confirmation to shipmentTrain the vendors on lululemon production and logistics policies, processes and IT systems; roll out new processes, strategies and systems to assigned vendors as neededManage the BUY confirmation to negotiate the best delivery with vendors. Analyze the capacity and capability of vendors to make sure they can deliver the right product and on time;Follow up on liability SOP with vendors due to MCQ, cancellation or others.Take lead in resolving any potential and current issues(alert/communication/short & long term solution) with cross functional teams to minimize the impact;  Manage production process which including WIP, PO changes and WWMTPrepare the Past Due Date and Delay Reason Code reportVisit factories for production tracking; arrange and attend quarterly vendors review meetingWork closely with our Compliance and Quality teams in ensuring that our social compliance and quality standards are adhered to and goals are met, and communicate delivery statuses and issues to appropriate SSC counterparts in a timely and concise manner.Take lead in coordinating and managing various Production Org projects & initiativesHave a thinking hat all the time in coming up creative ideas to Production Org initiatives and processesWork with different cross functional team for special sampling projects and ad-hoc tasksCoordinate with team for data entry, data collection and analysis worksHelp with team for vendor engagement with mass email distribution and communication

Qualifications:Your ideal background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textiles or related fields; 3+ years experience in a similar role within a production environment; strong knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction and related machinery.  Keen to lululemon production management is a plus.You are able to analyze work flow and are able to access bottlenecks; are fluent in Mandarin and EnglishStrong IT skills needed – you are an MS Excel guru! And you love working with a lot of Microsoft Office, Power BI and ERP/MRP and PDM softwares!You love to travel, are well-organized, and love to communicate with others.YOU are: goal-oriented, self-motivated, responsible, passionate, and FUN!
