Position Overview
As we enter a high-growth phase within our Business Development Representative (BDR) organization, we are seeking a Ramp Accelerator to drive a scalable, data-driven ramping process for new hires. This role is essential to accelerating time-to-productivity, standardizing ramp milestones, and ensuring a high-touch onboarding experience post-orientation. The Ramp Accelerator will be a key player in developing our next generation of top-performing BDRs
This hybrid position requires commuting to the Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week.
Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the BDR ramp framework from post-orientation to full productivity.
• Deliver structured daily coaching, milestone tracking, and performance accountability for new BDR hires.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement and BDR Leadership to align content hand-offs, role expectations, and skill progression.
• Leverage performance data to continuously refine the ramp experience and improve onboarding KPIs.
• Act as the primary development lead for new hires until they fully transition to the core BDR team.
• Implement tools and cadences to maintain visibility into ramp performance and ensure consistent execution in a virtual environment.

• A proven track record in BDR ramp acceleration, sales enablement, and early-career rep development.
• A plug-and-play skillset that allows for immediate impact with minimal onboarding.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence in a remote capacity.
• A metrics-driven mindset with a passion for building scalable systems that drive measurable results.
• Deep familiarity with BDR operations, onboarding best practices, and performance coaching frameworks.
