Position Overview
As we enter a high-growth phase within our Business Development Representative (BDR) organization, we are seeking a Ramp Accelerator Manager to drive a scalable, data-driven ramping process for new hires. This role is essential to accelerating time-to-productivity, standardizing ramp milestones, and ensuring a high-touch onboarding experience post-orientation. The Ramp Accelerator Manager will be a key player in developing our next generation of top-performing BDRs

This hybrid position requires commuting to the Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week.
