Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM Engineer) to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Weapon System Project Offices in Huntsville, AL.  The selected candidate will work as a technical staff member supporting the GMD engineering, development, test, and delivery activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) support to the Chief Engineer’s Office

Ensure validation of the system against defined standards

Demonstrate software Reliability Assessments _ IEEE Std 1633

Provide RAM&T program planning, scheduling, assigning tasks, assessing progress, tracking deliverables, and reporting, with focus on program milestones

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Master's in STEM field and 12+ years of working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / project

Active Secret clearance

Experience defining requirements and developing RAM&T program plans and metrics

Experience in reliability analysis of both hardware and software engineering processes and data

Ability to function well in a team environment

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience with Missile Defense Agency systems.

Experience with Probabilistic Reliability Analysis (PRA)

Experience with Fault Tree Analysis

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
