As a Railway Station Security Supervisor, there is a high focus on customer service, De- escalation of situation, Perform and document environmental checks, ensuring smooth security operation and exceptional customer service, since you will be working with people in a Railway Station environment

Hourly wage of $ 18.00 + comprehensive benefits We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Permanent position ( Monday to Friday 0700-1500) Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Railway Station Security Supervisor Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Required to lead a team of onsite guards Maintenance and upkeep of the daily security schedule Responsible for ensuring the SOPs are maintained, updated and followed by all security officers Patrol the site and Reporting with G-Track device. Check all doors and ensure they are closed and not jimmied anyway to allow for entrance Visible deterrent to any vagrancy, vandalism, and/or loitering. Must be vigilant in patrolling those areas and be visible walking around. Maintain a safe and secure work environment Professional attitude Other duties as assigned Plan, direct and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client's site Develop and implement procedures and policies for security operations Maintain protection systems for fire, theft, and other disasters Ensure the availability of emergency equipment Make suggestions to improve and optimize the security service Qualifications for Railway Station Security Supervisor Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license First aid certification an asset Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills 1 to 3 years experience in personnel management in a unionized environment (asset) Excellent oral and written communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Previous Tactical experience ( An asset) Available to work Morning shifts Have a clean criminal record Be eligible to work in Canada
