MJMG Merchant Walk Square in Charlottesville, VA is looking to hire a Radiology Technologist I.

Hours: Monday-Friday, Dayshift. NO NIGHTS, HOLIDAYS or WEEKENDS!

The Radiology Technologist I conduct general diagnostic radiological imaging studies of patients, within scope of demonstrated competency under the direction of a qualified physician, to include positioning of patient for demonstration of correct anatomy/pathology, operation of radiation producing equipment, operation of the electronic Radiology systems and preparation of patient room/equipment/medications.
 Phlebotomy competency for lab may be required for certain sites that do both Radiology and Lab.
 

Education:

Trade School Graduate – Radiology technology

Certification:

ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT)- CertificationRegistry eligible graduate in lieu of ARRT, must be registered within 90 days of hire. Licensed Rad Tech required for staff employed in Virginia.BLS

Experience:

Prior clinical experience preferred.Medical Assistant and or Phlebotomy experience preferred.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$21.42 - $35.70. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
