**Location: PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center – Vancouver, WA**
**FTE: 0.00 | Schedule: Variable | Hourly Rate: $40.99 – $60.98. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $40.99 – $60.98. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.**
**Additional Pay:**
+ 15% differential in lieu of benefits
+ Applicable shift differential pay
+ Evening=$3.50/hr
+ Night=$5.00/hr
+ Weekend=$1.00/hr

We are currently seeking a **Radiology Technologist** to join our imaging team in a **Per Diem/Relief** capacity at **PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center,** a busy, energetic Level II Trauma Center. **What You’ll Do**
+ Perform standard, portable, and surgical x-ray exams with precision and care.
+ Apply proper positioning and technical factors to ensure optimal imaging results.
+ Educate and support patients before, during, and after procedures.
+ Integrate patient history, prior studies, and clinical data to tailor exams appropriately.
+ Uphold infection control and radiation safety standards, including ALARA principles.
+ Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver exceptional care.
**Qualifications**
+ Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
+ Washington State Radiologic Technologist license.
+ ARRT (R) certification.
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
+ 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
+ PACS/RIS knowledge required

If you’ve finished an accredited Radiologic Technology Program in the last 30 days, you don’t have to wait to jump into your career. As long as you're ARRT-eligible, you can start working right away! You’ll need to get your ARRT(R) certification within 3 months of being hired. In the meantime, while your certification and Washington state license are being processed, you can work under a Temporary X-Ray Technician Registration (limited scope license). **We’re here to help you get going fast!**
