Radiologic Technologist – St. Bernardine Medical Center

St. Bernardine Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our Imaging Department. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and department standards. You will ensure high-quality images are captured to assist physicians in accurate diagnosis and treatment, while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine radiographic exams using standard radiologic techniques and equipmentPrepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followedAssist with scheduling, documentation, and daily workflow coordination within the departmentCommunicate clearly with patients, families, and staff to provide a compassionate and supportive care experienceCollaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate image interpretation

Job Requirements
One year experience as a  Radiologic Technologist in a hospital setting preferred. Graduate of school of Radiologic Technology required. California Radiology Technology license (C.R.T), required. BLS (Basic Life Support)California Radiologic Technology fluoroscopy permit (CRT). American Registry of Radiologic technology license (A.R.R.T) preferredKnowledge of anatomy, physiology, physics, and radiographic positioning techniques required. Knowledge of radiation safety protocols required.Where You'll Work
