The Radiology Manager at CentraCare – Redwood Falls is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and personnel of all radiology services within the facility. This leadership role ensures that departmental goals are achieved through effective planning, coordination, and collaboration with other departments. This position supports recruitment and training efforts, facilitates change, and contributes to a customer-focused, mission-driven environment. Serving as a key liaison between team members, providers, and senior leadership, the Radiology Manager demonstrates a commitment to innovation, professional development, and continuous improvement aligned with the vision and values of CentraCare.

Full time | 80 hours every two weeks Days | Monday-Friday | Flexible Hours Occasional need to work off-shifts for staff coverage

PAY & BENEFITS

QUALFICATIONS

Successful completion of an accredited radiography program Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting Current and active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification (required upon hire and must be maintained) Prior experience in radiology and supervisory roles is preferred CPR certification, preferred Bachelor’s degree, preferred
