Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando. Serves as the majority tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America. AdventHealth Orlando houses on of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country. We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year.
**The role you'll contribute:**
The Radiology Practice Supervisor plays a key leadership role under the direction of the Manager. This position is responsible for supervising and guiding Radiology Practice Coordinators (RPCs), Radiologists, Residents, Medical Students, and Observers. The Supervisor ensures high-quality customer service across all communication channels and supports the operational excellence of the AHMG Radiology practice.

Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary radiology team across departments and regions.
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, performance management, and workflow coordination.
Ensure timely exam processing and reporting within PACS to support clinical decision-making.
Manage hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff; foster continuous learning and mentorship.
Serve as a key contact for service recovery and operational issue resolution.
Promote adoption of new technologies and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
Cultivate strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder relationships across the organization.
**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**
**Minimum qualifications** :
+ Associate degree
+ Current ARRT, ARDMS, or CNMT certification
+ Florida General Radiographer (CRT)
+ Basic Life Support (BLS)
+ 3 years Radiology experience
+ 1 year of leadership experience
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Radiological Science or healthcare-related field
+ Advanced modality certification (CT, MRI, Nuclear, VI or other)
