The role you'll contribute:

The Clinical Radiology Facilitator Supervisor, under the direction of the Manager, is responsible for overseeing the greeting, instructing, and guiding of the Radiology Facilitators, Radiologists, Radiology Residents, Medical Students and observers. Provides professional customer service in person, over the phone, and electronic communication.

The value you'll bring to the team:

Prepares and oversees the scheduling, credentialing, evaluations, and day to day operations of the Radiology Facilitators (RF).

Oversees PACS worklist and escalation management ensuring a timely reading, appropriate documentation, and report delivery to physicians/nursing units.

Provides turn-around time data on exams, phone stats, radiation dosimetry badges and results, supply budget, updated standard operating procedures/policies and other data requested by management.

Participates in process improvement initiatives.

Willing to float between shifts, within reason, when patient load, vacation schedules etc. make it necessary.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications :

Associate degree

Current ARRT, ARDMS, or CNMT certification

Florida General Radiographer (CRT)

Basic Life Support (BLS)

3 years Radiology experience

1 year of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Radiological Science or healthcare-related field

Advanced modality certification (CT, MRI, Nuclear, VI or other)
