Work Schedule: 

50% FTE, day/eve. Part-time. 4p-8p Monday- Friday every third weekend 7a-330p. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford.

Qualifications

Completed CNA or EMT Certification or successful completion of fundamentals of patient care nursing course or completion of clinical experience in a radiography program. RequiredMust provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

 

Work ExperienceComputer experience. Preferred

 

Licenses & CertificationsBi-Annual CPR designation by recommended renewal date. Required
