Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) to support diagnostic imaging at our Bee Cave Clinic. This Full-Time role offers a 3×12 schedule, 8 a.m.–8 p.m., with every other weekend required — ideal for those who enjoy a consistent outpatient workflow with no overnight care or hospital staffing.
You’ll perform limited-scope X-ray exams, support efficient clinic operations, and provide excellent patient care in an environment that values teamwork and clinical quality.
What You’ll DoPerform limited radiologic exams according to Texas LMRT scope:
Chest
Extremities
Skull
Spine
Chiropractic views
Podiatry
Cardiovascular (with competency validation)
Produce diagnostic-quality images following established protocols.
Use AIDET communication to explain procedures and ease patient anxiety.
Prepare and position patients to ensure comfort and exam success.
Maintain proper radiation safety, sterile technique, and infection control.
Verify documentation, clinical history, pregnancy status, consent forms, and shielding.
Upload exams and complete records within PACS and EMR systems.
Monitor equipment functionality, work area cleanliness, and supply levels.
Ensure a positive patient experience with minimal wait times.

Education: Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Program
Experience: Less than 1 year required (new graduates welcome)
Licensure / Certification:
Texas LMRT License (via the Texas Medical Board)
Must hold certification in:
Chest
Extremities
Skull
Spine
BLS Certification required within 30 days
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
