Job Description

Sets up examination rooms by ensuring equipment is ready, there is availability of fresh sets of patients gowns and linens, and dressing cubicles/procedure areas are sanitizedCommunicates with patients, explains procedures, ensures every patient is comfortable and consents to procedure, and addresses queriesPositions patients, selects appropriate scan settings, and ensures image clarityStrictly adheres to safety protocols and norms, minimizing radiation exposureGenerates and reviews diagnostic images, liaises with physicians, and maintains patient recordsEnsures timely availability of radiographic supplies and monitors stocks and inventoryPrepares & submits request for purchase to OM on a monthly scheduled basis for supplies/consumables replenishmentMaintains equipment by performing regular checks, executing scheduled maintenance with Biomed or Equipment supplier, and escalating prompt emergency repairsAssists Clinic Operations Manager in preparing all FDA documents and permits related to radiology for regulatory complianceAssist Radiologists in ultrasound proceduresArranges schedule/decking of Radiologists for regular and special proceduresEfficiently manages the daily schedule of readersMonitors and prepares Radiologist reader’s fee request for payment
