Radiologic Technologist

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions.

Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction.

To excel, you must deeply understand diagnostic imaging's critical importance, encompassing expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses.

Obtains high quality diagnostic radiographic images through proper utilization of equipment and systems.Provides for the proper dissemination of information to care givers and other patient service stakeholders by use of multiple electronic systems for the storage, manipulation, extraction, copying, receipt, and/or transmission of patient information and/or images.Provide for a safe environment for the patient and visitors by applying safety guidelines and practices including but not limited to: use of protective clothing and gear, proper cleaning of equipment, following radiation safety practices, patient contact precaution guidelines, application of proper body mechanics, lifting and patient transfer techniques, ectBehave in a professional, collaborative, and supportive manner. Recognize and respect religious and cultural differences.Promote and adhere to the appropriate use of human and material resources includingMaintain a high level of knowledge and skill in all areas of our work. Is timely in completion of organization requirements, attends mandatory meetings, completes educational assignments , and maintains credentials.

**This position is eligible for a sign-on incentive up to $20,000**


Job Requirements
Graduate of a Radiology Technology program ARRT Board Certified in Radiology (RTR)

Basic Life Support (BLS) required and issued by the American Heart Association. 

Preferred:
