Efficient interpretation of clinical information from clinical team meeting, radiology needs of patientsThorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning with respect to the orderHyper-sensitivity in monitoring radiation exposure time and activityRoutinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself.Mechanical aptitude and confidence in troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures

Qualifications
Must be a Registered Radiographic Technologist, certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, or registry eligible within 1 year of hire dateMust have a valid license to practice in the State of ArkansasMust be a graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program - new graduates welcome to apply CPR certification required

OverviewAs an MRI Technologist at CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, your key responsibilities will include operating our MRI equipment to produce high-quality scans according to physician specifications. You will also play a vital role in ensuring patient comfort and safety by screening individuals, clearly explaining the MRI procedures, and maintaining our equipment through regular inspections and troubleshooting. Collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals and the training of junior MRI technologists will also be integral to this role.To thrive in this position, a strong understanding of human anatomy and MRI safety protocols is essential.
