This full-time position offers a **$10,000 sign-on bonus** , competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in one of the most respected healthcare systems in Texas. This role begins as a **variable shift position** . During the initial training period, the technologist will rotate through all shift types—including **weekdays, evenings, weekends, and overnights** —to gain a full understanding of departmental workflow and expectations. Training typically lasts **45–90 days** .
