We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow our Radiography Systems (2D X-ray and Industrial CT) portfolio across India. You’ll build a pipeline and close new systems and upgrades in priority segments (electronics/semiconductor, EV & battery, automotive, aerospace/defence, and academia/research), working closely with our Customer Solutions Centre (CSC) in Service, Application Engineering, and Commercial Operations.
Our portfolio includes flagship Phoenix CT and 2D systems, software, and lifecycle upgrades, giving you a differentiated value story and a strong installed base to upsell.
As a Radiography Systems Sales Manager you will be responsible for
Own the full sales cycle (prospect → qualify → solutioning with Apps/CE → proposal/RFQ → risk & terms alignment → close → handover) for new systems and upgrades across an assigned India territory. Use our commercial playbooks and risk guidelines to structure deals.Develop and execute territory plans focused on core growth sectors in India (EV/battery, electronics, defense, aerospace, academia) with targeted campaigns, events, and thought leadership; leverage CSC Bengaluru for demos and proof‑of‑value.Hunt and expand: win new logos and deepen share in key accounts via upgrades and software.Pipeline hygiene & forecasting: maintain accurate CRM funnel, drive predictable quarterly linearity, and uphold governance (DM/opportunity reviews, approvals)Solution leadership: position our technical differentiators and industry applications to solve priority customer problems.Cross-functional collaboration with Applications Engineering, Service, Product Management, and ComOps to optimize ITO/OTR handover and customer experience.Compliance & governance: follow deal risk checklist and company ethics, trade, and data policies; ensure tender compliance for public bids.Fuel your Passion
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Be an Engineering graduate / Diploma holder from an accredited university or college with 4-7 years of experience in Sourcing preferably from Mechanical/Industrial Engineering background.Have prior experience with Valve manufacturing is desirable and know-how of foundry process is an add onHave ERP experience with SAP OR Ariba will be advantageousHave sound business acumen and understanding of Inventory, planning & quality related activitiesHave hands-on and ability to handle multiple priorities in a high demanding, international environmentHave strong quantitative, data analysis and presentation skillsHave good interpersonal and leadership skillsHave technical expertise and Risk Assessment CapabilityHave strong communication skills and ability to connect with stakeholdersProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Demonstrate highest level of IntegrityAbility to communicate effectively (Daily/weekly) with Baker Hughes Global supplier base in different time zonesWork in a way that works for you
